The practical conventions that govern engagements with Executive Elevation. Written plainly, and in the spirit our work intends to set.
We collect only the information needed to deliver the work — name, email, project context — and we do not sell, share, or trade it. Information submitted through the booking form is used to reach you about a consultation and to scope a potential engagement.
Every engagement begins with a complimentary fifteen-minute consultation, a written proposal, and a signed agreement. Scope, cadence, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Where ambiguity arises mid-engagement, we resolve it the same way: in writing, calmly, and with both parties' interests in mind.
Most engagements are split across a deposit, a midpoint, and a final invoice. Flexible payment plans are available through Sezzle for clients who prefer to space the investment. Payment terms are restated on each invoice.
Every package includes a defined number of revision rounds, named in the proposal. On final payment, full ownership of the delivered work transfers to you. Working files and source artwork are provided as part of the handover.
We reserve the right to decline or pause an engagement that has drifted outside the values described in our pillar system. This is rare, and handled with grace when it occurs.
